Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Manage Lease/Tenant Agreements and rent structures and renewals.
2. Conduct tours for prospective tenants/members
3. Prepare and monitor KPI’s for junior staff
4. Manage all building operations to the satisfaction of tenants
5. Manage complaints and find solutions to solve tenant queries/complaints
6. Maintain pending job list and ensure smooth operation of the building
7. Monitor, maintain, register and procure for all inventory and assets in the building and spaces
8. Maintain payment schedule for service companies such as - electricity, generator fuel, utility companies, fumigation services, security, etc…
9. Applying and keeping record of business docs
10. Supervise, coordinate and administer operations and maintenance crew, Cleaning company/crew,etc
11. Book and Conduct onsite tours of the building/spaces and corporate event space
12. Co-ordinate and organize event logistics at the corporate event space.


Requirements:
  • Must have a bachelors degree in either business administration, project management, real estate, public administration or marketing.
  • Having experience in related field would be a plus.
